LINXSKID

Prefabricated process skids

LinxSkid moves pumps, piping, valves, instruments, controls, and connection points out of the field and into a coordinated shop-built assembly.

WHAT IT DOES

The process inside the equipment.

LinxSkid packages repeatable mechanical and electrical work on a transportable structural base. Duty, assist, and standby pumps; headers; isolation and check valves; strainers; meters; sample points; drains; VFDs; and local controls can be fabricated and tested before delivery.

The result reduces field labor and connection uncertainty while improving service access, quality control, and commissioning. Skids can support transfer, recirculation, backwash, chemical service, filtration, sludge, or complete treatment modules.

HOW IT WORKS

A controlled path from influent to result.

01

Define duty

Hydraulics, fluid properties, redundancy, materials, controls, and connection points establish the package.

02

Coordinate

Mechanical, structural, electrical, controls, access, lifting, and transport requirements are resolved together.

03

Fabricate + test

The skid is assembled, wired, checked, and prepared for controlled delivery.

04

Connect + start

Field work focuses on defined tie-ins, power, commissioning, and verification rather than component assembly.

EQUIPMENT CAPABILITIES

Built around the duty—not a fixed catalog box.

AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS

A starting platform for application engineering.

Pump skid

Application-sizedSingle, duty/standby, or duty/assist/standby pumping with common suction and discharge headers.

Process manifold

Application-sizedValves, instruments, strainers, sample points, drains, and field connections on a common frame.

Integrated module

Application-sizedPumps, vessels, controls, access, and process equipment released as one shop-built package.

Published ranges identify current Linx platform configurations. Final hydraulic capacity, materials, loading, retention, utility demand, and performance basis are established for the application.

BEST-FIT APPLICATIONS

Where LINXSKID earns its place.

  • Raw-water and wastewater transfer
  • Treatment recirculation
  • Filter feed and backwash
  • Sludge transfer and press feed
  • Chemical or utility distribution
  • Plant expansions and brownfield tie-ins

DESIGN DATA REQUIRED

What Linx needs to size it.

  • Required flow and total dynamic head
  • Fluid properties and solids content
  • Materials compatibility
  • Control philosophy and redundancy
  • Power, voltage, and area classification
  • Transport envelope, lifting, and field connections

TREATMENT-TRAIN INTEGRATION

Designed as a family. Connected as a system.

UPSTREAM

Site tanks, incoming utilities, existing piping, or another Linx treatment module.

CORE PACKAGE

Pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation, controls, structure, and defined connections.

DOWNSTREAM

Any Linx process family, storage system, plant tie-in, or mobile treatment train.

CONFIGURE LINXSKID

Start with the water, duty, and operating result.

Send the available flow and laboratory data, treatment target, site constraints, utilities, schedule, and operating plan. Linx will turn those inputs into a buildable LINXSKID design basis and integrated equipment concept.
