LINXPURE

Membrane bioreactors

LinxPure combines biological treatment with membrane solids separation to produce consistently low-solids effluent in a compact modular system.

WHAT IT DOES

The process inside the equipment.

LinxPure uses a controlled biological reactor to convert biodegradable dissolved contaminants, followed by membrane separation that retains biomass and suspended solids. This decouples hydraulic retention from solids retention and produces high-quality effluent without a conventional secondary clarifier.

Systems can be skid-mounted, containerized, or integrated into site tanks. Screening, aeration, recirculation, nutrient or pH feed, membrane scouring, clean-in-place equipment, controls, and sludge wasting are coordinated as one package.

HOW IT WORKS

A controlled path from influent to result.

01

Screen + equalize

Upstream protection removes debris and smooths hydraulic and organic loading.

02

Biologically treat

Aerated biomass converts biodegradable contaminants under controlled conditions.

03

Separate by membrane

Membranes retain biomass and fine solids while treated water passes through.

04

Clean + manage solids

Automated maintenance cleaning and controlled sludge wasting sustain performance.

EQUIPMENT CAPABILITIES

Built around the duty—not a fixed catalog box.

AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS

A starting platform for application engineering.

Compact

25–100 GPMModular skid or container for smaller industrial, reuse, and variable-flow applications.

Standard

150–500 GPMParallel membrane and aeration modules for larger continuous-duty systems.

Site-integrated

Application-sizedLinx process equipment and membranes integrated with project-specific tanks and infrastructure.

Published ranges identify current Linx platform configurations. Final hydraulic capacity, materials, loading, retention, utility demand, and performance basis are established for the application.

BEST-FIT APPLICATIONS
