LINXGUARD
LinxGuard uses gravity and coalescing plates to separate free oil, settleable solids, and water before they reach downstream treatment.

WHAT IT DOES
LinxGuard is designed for free and dispersed oil that can be separated without full chemical flotation. Influent velocity is controlled through the separator while corrugated or inclined plates create short rise paths for oil droplets and short settling paths for solids.
Separated oil moves to a collection zone while solids concentrate below. Inspection hatches, adjustable weirs, oil draw-off, sludge pumping, bypass, sampling, and controls can be integrated on a single skid.
HOW IT WORKS
The inlet zone reduces velocity and distributes water across the separator.
Small oil droplets contact the plate surfaces, combine, and rise more efficiently.
Dense particles move downward into the sludge collection zone.
Oil and sludge are removed separately while pretreated water advances downstream.
